Terms & Conditions for Special Offers:

- Bulk Purchase Offer (3+ Items): Purchase 3 or more items of products originally priced at HK$109 to enjoy 10% OFF.
- Bulk Purchase Offer (5+ Items): Purchase 5 or more items of products originally priced at HK$109 to enjoy 10% OFF and Free Shipping.
- Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy free shipping on orders of HK$500 or above. For delivery arrangements, please refer to the "Shipping Policy" section.
General Terms for Promotional Offers:
- This offer is only valid during the promotional period. The promotional period may be adjusted based on market conditions, and Teafit HK reserves the right of final decision.
- This offer applies only to orders successfully submitted during the promotional period. Any orders placed after the promotional period will not be eligible.
- Certain discounts may not apply to specific products. If a product is ineligible for coupon use, a notification will be displayed on the respective product page and during the checkout process. Customers are advised to check the product page and checkout notifications to ensure each item is eligible.
- To apply the New Member Promo Code, please enter the coupon code in the "Discount Code / Promo Code" field during checkout.
- This coupon is applicable to any Teafit HK products but cannot be used to offset shipping fees, re-delivery fees, or any other additional charges.
- This coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or Teafit HK store credit.
- This coupon is exclusive to Teafit HK members and does not apply to guest checkouts. To enjoy this offer, you must register as a Teafit HK member.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and other language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- Teafit HK reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Teafit HK reserves the right of final decision.
Shipping & Delivery Fees
- Standard Orders (Freight Collect): We primarily use SF Express. You can choose between "Door-to-Door Delivery" or "SF Smart Locker Pickup". Generally, picking up from an SF Smart Locker is the more economical option. Shipping fees are determined and charged directly by the courier according to their official rates; our company does not charge any handling or extra fees.
- Free Shipping Orders: Once your order meets our free shipping criteria, we will cover the shipping costs for you! Please note that free shipping only applies to "Standard Delivery Areas". If your delivery address is located in a remote area, you will be required to pay the remote area surcharge/difference.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are Proudly Made in Hong Kong and shipped directly from Hong Kong.
Our manufacturer holds strict certifications, including GMP, HACCP, and FDA. Our dedication to these high standards is driven by one simple goal: ensuring you can enjoy every single sip with absolute peace of mind.
When will my order arrive?
We process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, it takes 1 to 5 business days. Please note that this timeframe is for reference only and is subject to stock availability, courier workload, and other external factors.
Return & Order Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Teafit HK. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products and services. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please review our policies below.
I. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand firmly behind the quality of our products. If the items you received were severely damaged during transit, or if you find any product quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with relevant photos or videos as evidence. We will arrange a return or exchange for you as soon as possible.
II. Important Notes on Returns & Exchanges
Due to public health and food safety regulations, and to protect all our consumers, opened personal consumption products (such as opened protein powder) cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will NOT be able to process a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- Products, packaging, or accessories that are damaged, stained, used, or modified due to human factors.
- Requests made after the 7-day inspection period.
- Issues based on personal preference (e.g., preference of taste/flavor, slight color differences due to screen displays, or products not meeting personal expectations).
- Damage not caused by product defects.
III. Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Customer Service: Please contact us via our official WhatsApp, stating your issue and order number.
- Provide Documentation: Follow our customer service team's instructions to provide proof (such as photos or videos of the damaged product).
- Review & Approval: After reviewing your case, we will notify you of the outcome and subsequent return/exchange arrangements.
- Return Shipment: If a return is required, please ensure the product, accessories, and all original packaging remain intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated location.
- Refund / Exchange Completion: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will complete the refund or ship out the replacement within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Thank you for your understanding.
IV. Refund Notice
The refund amount will only cover the actual amount paid for the product. Shipping fees, extra discounts, and coupons are non-refundable.
V. Order Cancellation Policy
To ensure all customers receive the freshest products as quickly as possible, our system immediately synchronizes with our warehouse and enters the picking process once an order is submitted. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled manually through the user backend.
We highly recommend double-checking your selected products, flavors, and quantities before placing an order. In exceptional circumstances where a cancellation is necessary, please contact our official customer service channels immediately (as soon as possible after placing the order). We will do our best to request a cancellation from the warehouse, but we cannot guarantee it will be successful. Once the shipment has left the warehouse, the delivery cannot be intercepted or stopped.
Teafit HK and its Hong Kong distributors reserve the right of final decision regarding all returns, exchanges, refunds, and order disputes.
